Candid combines the content from both the Foundation Directory Online and GuideStar.  Candid answers two essential questions:  

  • Who is giving money to non-profits and how much? 
  • How are non-profits spending the money?

Use  Candid to: 

  • Identify and research nonprofits based on mission, programs, locations, and key decision makers 
  • Find historical and current grant and nonprofit data found in 990s 
  • Explore current financial overviews, trends and annual data
